1. All Prices are cash prices. Add 3% if paying by credit cards.

2. All Sales are final. We are not selling junk, and do not anticipate quality issues with the boats we are selling. If you experience a “hiccup” and find a major issue within 30 days of purchase, we will repair or replace the boat at our discretion. We are not selling trash boats. We do not anticipate having any problems with the boats we are selling.

3. The pricing on kayaks is firm. We sell them for less than they cost us to buy. Our pricing is far below new retail pricing.

4. We will not hold boats without prepayment. 

5. Pricing does not include delivery. You are responsible for getting your purchase home.

6. These are not brand-new boats, they are used.  We do try and maintain our equipment well to prevent any quality concerns.

7. Test paddles may be conducted, but they will be charged based on our rental rates. If you end up buying a boat from us, we will apply the rental fees towards the purchase  

8. Our sale will end when we close for the season or when we have moved enough of our equipment along to make room for the new boats/boards.  This is at the discretion of Penguin Paddling.
